GET INVOLVED
At Start Right Volleyball we are always looking for the right kind of people to join our team whether it’s as a Coach, Volunteer, Advisor or Sponsor.
The most important quality we look for is PASSION. Not only about volleyball, but more so about helping kids learn and grow. Volleyball is a fantastic means for kids to learn to learn, and gain confidence both on and off the court.
COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS
We are always on the look out for patient, high character, energetic people, who can supportively challenge kids to try something that will be a struggle, and celebrate when they succeed.
Many programs pride themselves on only having coaches who have played at the highest levels (college or pro), and that’s fine, but it’s often not what younger kids need most.
More importantly can a person effectively communicate the skills of volleyball at the level of the child, while they build trust and ignite passion?
If the idea of showing up to a gym at 9am on a Sunday morning to connect with and teach kids volleyball (and life skills) gets you pumped, then let's talk!
ADVISORS
Are you a community leader, team coach, business professional, or someone who is looking to help off the court ?
It takes many people and diverse skills to build and expand a program such as Start Right Volleyball. If you're interested in using your skills or network to help more kids Ignite their Joy of Volleyball, give us a shout.
